I found that it's active although the wiki stated that is an annual quest from 18. May - 25. May. If it's not annual, how should it be catergorized?Low Level (1-20) or Medium Level (21-50) or High Level (51-99)?

The lost hitchhiker is not annual, it requires the account to be at least level 42 and at least 6 week old
