it was proven that someone from Jat Lee's ip was scamming accounts in the game. Since its impossible to prove a specific person from an ip address, the ip was blocked.
Since this was not the first time, the block will be irrevocable.

The GM team would like to do something we don't normally do, and explain just a little bit more on this "perma ban".
There was really 2 ways of thinking here:
1) Jat Lee was a scammer, and since he has been caught a few times, its time for the perma ban.
2) Jat lee was not in fact the scammer, it was his brother who constantly hacked his account and scammed our player base. I myself toiled over this one.
But bottom line, the account was not safe in our network, we had to protect our player base from either Jat lee or his brother and this was the only viable solution.
