After reaching flawless magic (450% magic experience), can any more magic experience be gained, or is it capped at 450%? And if more magic experience can be gained, what is the actual cap, and is there any benefit to continuing to gain magic experience after 450%, such as more powerful attack spells or healing, or in increasing general magic skill level if new levels are released in the future?

No, once you hit 450% it won't make a difference if you try to train your magic it will have no different effect as it would by not training at 450%
