Hi, I have an idea that I have discussed with Cassy and I am wondering if anyone could do it.
My idea is to basically mirror the pinkie hat and change the ball colour to the same colour as a blupar so it could be a Blupar Hat.
I know that Blupars don't have any intennas but I still think it is a cool idea..

I have seen them in-game, as someone doing the quest that includes them forgot to kill all of them. Also:

My mistake it is Bluepar... I got told it is Blupar and thought it was, mut of mis-read something.
