I'm wondering, what is the level requirement to participate illia sister , not for hosting ?
In fact, to participate candy quest we do not need to have level 70+ (but I'm not sure that we will receive the boss point), maybe it's the same with illia sister quest ?

It is level 90 to participate in the illia sisters quest.
