Just an idea...
Not sure if this is the right place to show up new ideas...
How about a quest of boots that can increase walk-speed - like an seven-league boot.
Made out of snakeskin, quality checked by Agostine/Lora Tay and tanned in concentration-potion.
Penalties i dont have a clue, but if your walkspeed are magically speeded up, maybe precision drops a bit ???
