0.21 Ubuntu package

Hi!
It may be quite stupid, but I think Linux packages should be more up-to-date... The Ubuntu package is 0.20, and I just can't play with this version (crashes)... I know I can compile from the sources, but it's too boring for me...

Yeah feel free to do so. Or just search for the 0.0.21 ubuntu package here in the forum. there is one. the topic has even the same name.

I did the german translation of tiled, i don't know whether its useful to have a german client translation. (i don't think that the serverside thingys will be multilingual)
