Good Bye, Fate's Magic Hello Script Magic [WIP]

Mekolat and I have been working on converting Fate's magic code into tmwa-script.
We have a fairly mature build
here. and Server PR
here
Some miscellaneous is still missing but it's a working proof. It removes 100% of the code Fate wrote and retains 100% of the features/spells.
