Yesterday, Villain showed me a picture of an Acorn Hat. I decided to make something similar to it in TMW. Here is what I have so far: (sorry I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the CRC banner)
Any feedback/improvement suggestions?

Needs more texture on the cap. Hat should fall off dead player. Otherwise looks good.

Max is 30,000 pieces in storage
Dunno for inventory, probably the same but tough time with max weight^^

I added a chequerboard pattern on the cap. Is that what you meant or should I do something else?

I was thinking about tying the hat to a quest of a trade of some sort, but I have no idea how to do that

better but just a bit darker on the texture

Made it a bit darker and added a reddish tint to make it a bit more brown-y that orange-y. BTW this hat uses the same xml file as the cat ears.

Maybe try making your texture pixels a little less uniform, I can see that they are very much like a "checked" pattern. Disjoint some pixels and be a bit more random in their positioning. I'm also wondering if the outline would benefit from a lighter, more orange highlight on just the side closest to the light source; either place the pixels alongside the outline or on the outline. Have a play around!

Could be worth considering maybe a leaf or two on the actual stem? who knows?

Added a lighter border on the left sides.

I tried playing around with this but couldn't make it better. Not so good at this art thing
