[Ban Vegasarc] for afk botting

Vegasarc was attacking wolverns and picking up the drops, but did not answer in the allotted time. A reset maybe asked for once an admin checks the ip.

I was not running any bot circumstance, and answering in the allotted time??? Frankly, Im not the most social conversationalist, in simplicity, if someone thinks because I don't answer its reason for complaint, than I would recommend looking at the person complaining.. This is unhonorable judgement.

The rules are clear, the way to judge if someone is botting is to indulge them in conversation. If the person does not respond, a judgement of botting will be incurred. The ban will stand.
