Hi, iam lvl 63 (100 dex, 5 str, 30 agi), mallard's eye lvl 5, speed skill lvl 7 and both of them do absolutely nothing, i have still the same range and damage, still the same speed and attack delay. I tried too play with popup menu options (cast type, skill level) but still is the same, absolutely no profit from Mallard's eye and speed skill. Is that normal or bug? Or i must activate them somehow?
