Two site modifications finished:
1. Page footer modified. Reid suggest idea about footer look. And I
implement it.
2. Content width made fixed. On small resolutions page layout stay fixed with horizontal scroll.

Our site is now running well on smartphone and netbook, thank you!

For the footer: We didn't need any large footer or anything, and the actual work didn't need any graphical change and didn't hurt the visual of the site, so it's perfect for us imo.
I will also cut the leg of the man with the axe, so that it doesn't stay out of the window.
