[DIS] Artis sea level

The current sea level of the city is at 5pixels (way less than a tile).
The bridge that I added uses a 32pixels (1 tile) height, so it gives some perspective issue... The city wall is 2,5tiles height.
Our old map from the alpha release used a 2 tiles height floor for the city, but it was many a bit too much... My proposal is to make the default base height of the city at 1 tile, being higher than the sea level, and lower from the block wall.
It's a bit hard to explain so ask if you didn't understand it. Here are some screenshots which help to understand what's wrong.
