Though I have no idea how to improve it...

I didn't see the edit, and the diagonal frames are pretty nice. Could it be possible to have a version with and without the hat? (we could clothe our pet piou! alt18 )

You're not happy with the style of the death frame or the way of how you did it? On the little piou version I tried to make them dead on their back, thus it was easier to draw the face and the whole.
