Sorry, tmwAthena does not support name changes. Here's what you can do:

1. from character A, empty your inventory and gp into storage
2. from the character selection screen, delete character A
3. create character B and walk it through the tutorial
4. from character B, go to a bank and take back your items

Notice that if you follow that method you will lose your character level, quest states, etc.
