Just thought I'd give praise to whomever for the storm outside of town. Nice touch. Will it be the norm?

The sandstorm will most likely be permanent until we have got the posibility to trigger random weather effects.

Then it will occur in the desert from time to time.

Like rain, mist, snow, clouds...

And night/day will be non-random ofcourse.

Maybe weather shouldn't be random as well, we could have seazons... and maybe weather maps. But that may go too far. It would prevent sudden absence of rain when walking to another map. But there are other solutions to that.

Oh well...

The more detail the better as far as I am concerned. But alas, I do realize detail = complexity = time.
