manaplus...tara Release does not have a Release file?

On a computer I have not used in awhile with Linux Mint 19 Tara 32-bit, I had originally installed ManaPlus using Synapic
Just tried to update ManaPlus 1.8.2.17
I installed manaplus-addrepo_1.3_all.deb
But LinuxMint refuses to update

I did the same things updating Ubuntu ManaPlus that I had originally installed with Synaptic and had no problem updating to ManaPlus 1.8.12.8 with Ubuntu 18.04. I double checked on http://manaplus.org/ but could not see different instructions for LinuxMint. So I can update on Ubuntu but not LinuxMint.
