There are some news in the Win32 development:
- The version 0.0.8 contains an experimental version of a patch client
- From today, both the patch client and tmw client you will find in the package will be compiled with mingw, so no microsoft dlls will be required

Finally free of the msvc*.dll ^-^ This is appreciated

To all the windows users: please try the latest package, so I will know if some other library is needed
