I was thinking that, maybe the Focus Skill can be leveled up to 2. This would allow players to focus on 2 skills, instead of 1. For instance, an Archer can be focused on both Mallard's Eye and Speed at the same time. Warriors can be focused on Rage and Speed. Mages can be focused on the respective Mage skill and speed, rage, or mallard's eye, depending on the way the mage wants to play. Of course, one can also focus on rage and mallards eye for those who want to go back and forth between warrior and archer.

Perhaps there can be a quest to prove your abilities in battle, as well as a minimum level requirement as well. I think this can bring a lot to the game.
