When its the first time, Sorfina teaches about dressing and others, then Tanisha about fighting
Perhaps could be added to Sorfina or Tanisha teaching a guided use of stats, that is when fighting maggots or before, so the stats panel pops out automatically and new player have to manage it (and may be give some suggestions for each weapon)
