Rubikon (Salah) banned from TMW servers

And many other incidents throughout the past 11 years. The individual we refer to as Salah has been once again banned for scams including trade scams, account theft and finally ban evasion. It doesn't matter when these offences occurred or under what name, Salah was permanently banned and permanent bans apply to the person rather than the account. This person is not welcome on TMW and has evaded attempts to enforce bans on him several times.
Multiple layers of security will be used to keep this obsessive scammer out of all TMW platforms.
