Does anything drop the pirate hat? I don't want to know what does, I just want to know if its droppable. If anyone can tell me, and if they want to. Thx.

As far as i know none of the headgears that came with the halloween event has been added as a dropable or buyable item yet. Seems like you have to trade with someone who got one during the halloween event.
