When sending a message to registration{at}themanaworld{dot}org as indicated here, the message is immediately rejected and returned undelivered.

I am not using a "one-shot" or "time-limited" service; I'm using a standard e-mail provider.

Usually, this is caused by what we call "black hole".

When a mail provider sends too much spam, it may prevent or be prevented from sending emails. This usually lasts 24 hours, although in some cases can be longer.
It is a nuke, expect to be unable to send emails to any Yandex-based provider.

In any case, I'll take the freedom to assume this is an account creation request and go ahead creating an account for you. The details will be emailed to you, but send me a PM if needed.
