I tried logging 2 years ago or so after a decade of not playing and you helped me retrieve my account to discover that it was banned, from what I understood from your explanation is that that Salah (a troublemaker i assume) was from my region and that everyone there got banned. It's not that I mind that much since i started playing in a new acc and it was nice rediscovering the game but it would be great if I could get my old user back if it can be proven that i wasn't or am involved in any rulebreaking, the reason mainly being that it would be nice to have a 16 year old account back as it wasn't that good of an account.

Edit: I recognize ardiasimi , he used to play with a different acc

Can you be more specific? This ban is from 4 months ago, not 2 years. Which account and username specifically are you also referring to?

Do you have access to the email used to register the account? That's the only way we have to verify your ownership of it. If the account was compromised and taken over by a scammer, then there is nothing we can do about that unfortunately.

P.S.
There was never a situation where everyone in a region got permanently banned. We had an instance where the country of Kosovo had to be blocked because of a particular scammer's attacks, but this should not affect your account and is not the reason for the perma-ban. You also don't seem to be located in that area.
