The SPI resolution to follow through on the Manasource rebrand requires that our official website reflect the name of the brand.
This requires a Manasource homepage at manasource.org and IMO it would be best to match the branding to the forum board as it already houses various projects as well as the official voting space for the team.
I believe manasource.org also requires a valid ssl certificate.
Can manasource.org be a simple page that describes what manasource is and links to all of the sub-projects? Maybe explain that most manasource team activity happens via the TMW forum?
Just thinking about how to provide clarity with minimal complexity and effort.
My idea on this: do something akin to what some games vs FGA (Free Games Alliance) did - or something like this?
I.e. every project have to mention they're "part of ManaSource" and link to ManaSource site (distinct, recognizable logo for ManaSource could be good idea). Or something like this?
Then, ManaSource page could e.g. list all relevant projects - much like TMW landing page (as wiki) did - until recent wiki move. Actually this "representative list" of related projects/efforts good to have - and ManaSource.org looks just about right place for this? Its like attempt to extend MC's ideas on more clear branding on one side while clearly showcasing there's org and other related projects on another. Not sure its good or bad idea since its 1st thing that came into my mind, so take it with grain of salt.
