On a shared computer it's a bad idea to save password, but on your home machine it's mightily convenient to have password remembered for each server so that you don't have to write it each time you login.
I agree that it needs fixing. Until then you can use
manaplus --server server.themanaworld.org --username ... --password ....
and
manaplus --server server.moubootaurlegends.org --username ... --password ....
sorry for the annoyance.
Nah, I don't mind typing my password until "remember password" option gets added. I'd add it myself, but I cannot C well, so I stick with simpler languages, such as Pascal. When I have my glasses, I can C#, but that's about it
