Bow ?

I can't find a shop to get a Bow (the 1000GP bow...). Someone know ?

The miner in the southwest corner of the desert map have bows for sale I think.

Yes I know this but it's the 8000GP bow (too much for me lol).
I've looked arround in the forum and found that this bow I'm looking for is in a quest... But what quest ?
