charechter name changing

my characters name is rtoot3.com. its a good charechter, but i dont like being a walking advertisement anymore, could you pleas make it so you can change a charechters name.
The problem I have with characters changing their names is that you would get these pricks that would change their name to avoid the GMs and elude the ignore list once implemented.
Also, why did you name your character rtoot3.com?
