ok so i found out how to get to the bat cave,but how do you get to the snow town,and where is the npc that sells bows and arrows at?

help please..

ok i found the guy who sells the bow and arrows but still dont know how to get to the snow place

go right past the bat cave, then north along the river and then speak to little girl at the end of road...
