Ok I looked everywhere cause I thought I remembered seeing it somewhere but I can't find it so sorry if it is obvious and I missed it, what is the highest number each skill gets to? For some reason I remember something like in 200's or something?

I thought 255 is the max level your character can reach and 99 is the max you can raise a stat like dex or strenght. I have tried to up my dex past 99 it doesn't go
