Question about Guilds

1) How do i start one
2) What are the terms on leaders, how many people i need, posts etc.
3) Pros+ and Cons-
I just need a little input and feedback thanks

Well, you just start one by just saying you have a guild. Of course people will think you are more professional if you have forums and possibly a website.
Well, there are no requirements for a guild. Although if you are known to steal items, kill steal, or just plain un-liked around the game then you won't get many members.
Pros:
A great community
People tend to play the game longer
Getting to be the leader
Clan Events
Added fun to the game
Cons:
Managing the guild
Getting to the bottom of troublesome members and players.
Worring about getting hacked.
Other Guilds.
All the added headache that comes with being a leader...
You need to have a natural born leadership ability to be a good clan leader.
