Xmas-tree Hat and V-Neck (burgundy) sweater

Just curious, I know the "monster point quest" and the "snowman quest" give Santa hats.

The "Santa Quest" often gives Winter Gloves and rarely Turtleneck (light blue) sweaters.

Do the Monster point, Snowman, or Santa rarely give Xmas-tree hat and/or V-neck sweater as well?

I've been trying for a while, but I don't want to keep at it if there's no chance at all, so please let me know.

Those two items were/are events items from last Christmas.
