Hi everyone, i have tried to check through all the posts for the answer to this question but obviously that is a massive undertaking so i thought i'd ask is there a top limit to the level you can achieve ingame?

The maximum level you can currently achieve is 255.

it is 255 but it doesnt matter that much right now - if you leveled constantly without stopping it would probly take you 2 months to get that high... and if you actually did try to get to 255 the update wiping all the char data would come first anyway

When I interprete the server config files correctly (not my area of expertise) you need 200000000 exp to get from level 254 to 255. The monster that gives the most exp in the game is the snake with 375 exp.

So you would have to kill a half million(!) for this last levelup. Good luck. It's the lack of high level content that prevents you from getting too far.
