It's not legally binding. In order to do that, you would need an actual contract, with his signature on it. And even then, it wouldn't be legally enforceable. There are laws saying what a contract can or can't force you to do. They cannot force you to break laws, nor can it circumvent any laws. Contracts cannot force you to inflict injury upon yourself, either.

That can't be malaviox. First of all, he can't type a grammatically correct sentence to save his life (or his plynpom), even if he's just copying what someone else said. Second, malaviox's ingame name isn't "Malaviox", it's "malaviox". The "m" isn't capitalized.
