new Monthly TMW Player awards

I'd like to announce that every month, starting this month, I will be giving awards to players who excel in different categories, on the 15th.

These awards will cover generosity, helpfulness, involvement in development, and the Sert award for increasing overall fun in the game. :D

This month, the award will be 1 Gingerbread Man. I chose this item because it is not valuable in the market and won't be bartered off, it is not needed for any current quests, it is not popular in personal collections, and it is somewhat obscure. Also, it is the most humanoid item, so most resembling a trophy or an Oscar or what have you. :)

The ceremony will be at 21:00 GMT at the Casino in Tulimshar (most glamorous spot I could think of), again, on the 15th of every month. I'll try to notify you personally if you are a nominee for these awards. Good luck!

----
NOTE: Yes, this month it will basically be arbitrary choices by me, but I welcome and encourage anyone to help out. I'm not on all the time nor am I involved in every aspect of the game, so of course, I miss things. I currently can't afford to give cash prizes. This awards project will need donors and volunteers if it is to become illustrious or sought after at all. And maybe if that happens, we'll have a closer, kinder community. :)

Sertraline, If you want we make this the clan related. Of course awards should be for all players not limited only members. But what I mean is the clan could help with prizes, hosting, setting up polls on our forums and publicing awards on our website and so on. That is of course, if you don't object us "hijacking" your idea :)

Not at all, that sounds like a great idea! On the condition that non-clan members can participate as well.

yes off course, that's a given, otherwise the awards would be meaningless.
