Where are Fire Skulls and Poison Skulls?

They are in the monster reference but I haven't seen these two anywhere in the game.

These monsters played a role in the halloween events of 2006 and 2007. There have been various people since 2006 who wanted to create some tiles for a graveyard map to give them a permanent home but so far not much came out of it.
