Fixed fast attack bug make attacking with keys only slow

Well i thought the fast attack bug had only todo with the mouse attacking, but it seems to me since the bug was fixed, that attacking with keyboard only slowed down too. Does anyone agree?

it's just fast as attacking with the mouse now, I can't see/feel any differences...

Bjorn has reverted my changes and brought back the bug. Have fun exploiting the bugs.
