Seriously, when do we get a "Developer" status, to set us apart from the rest of the rabble? And when do I get a white dot in IRC? I want to be special too!

In all honesty, though, a developer forum status would help us out alot in remebering who is actually in charge of different things. Either that, or allowing groups like "Art Team", "Design Team", and "Programming Team", rather than just "development team", could really help out.

So what does the systems coordinator actually do? My job is to take your ideas for TMW and build them into working aspects of gameplay that can be implemented by the artists and programmers. If there's anything you think we can do better or differently, let me know.

As group membership doesn't seem to be visible anywhere obvious, I've added a special "TMW Developer" rank now and applied to several people, including you. We could think about more specific ranks later.

The "white dot" on IRC doesn't signify developer status, but IRC admin status (right?), just like admin status here on the forums and admin status on SourceForge.

I would vote for more charasteristic and funny ranks, like:
- Dust cloud
- Maggot
- Voyager or Merchant
- Citizen
- Royal guard
- Master or Expert Craftsman
- Wiseman

Do you like them?

Of course actual ranks are only temporary, even rank images. Once we get time we'll update the forum skin :P

Well for example we could replace the other icons as we did with the skull for locked topics.
We could have diferrent rank images: swords for admins, axes for programmers, spears for artists or what else.
Once tmwserv is running I'd like also to have the possibility to show your player instead of forum avatar, together with some stats.
