All these boards are created by players for players to talk about TMW in their native language. When you know any other non-english TMW forums (or created them yourself) feel free to post them.

Hello, how can i create a official Spanish forum? im from argentina and i see other players from argentina too maybe more from spain
i wanna play this game
i wanna love this game because not got premy content
i got many and many ideas and skills to improve this game with us

Just find a free forum hosting service or open one on your own server.
Zetaboards is a decent forum creation service. Very secure and IPB 2.0 like.

Since most mentioned forums are dead I will suggest language-specific subforums on the official board moderated by team members again.

I think the low activity on the forums linked above is rather a sign for the low demand of discussing in other languages than english.
Also the usual arguments I don't feel like repeating the 2304753920th time.

Did you look into the ingame discussions lately? (Well I didnt but i think its still like last year)
I don't understand why you are so stubborn about that, I'd say we just create it.

I have erased themanaworld.tk and tmwspain.webs.com due to a lack of interested users
