I have been playing one week at TMW, and I have the sensation that I only kill bats... I know that the game is a alfa. But, I'm doing anything wrong or the game isn't funny?

What do you think?

I think it is funny, and I have been playing the game over a year.

And yes you are doing something wrong, I think you need to start solving some quests, and get yourself some online friends that's around your level.

I think the game is interesting and funny.
But killing bats is not interesting and funny. Go sit in hurnscald square for a while and talk with players, that's the correct way to play.

Friends > Hats > Leveling > Money.

I was just stating the most fun things in the game (for me), starting with Friends. =P
(friends are more fun than hats, hats are more fun than levels > and levels is more fun than money)
But I do agree with you; leveling first, then friends, then items, then money; in terms of what you do in what order.

TMW has been my favourite game since I first tried it. I hope that the new server will not change that.

One person's perception of 'funny' is different from the next person.

I think the game itself is fun to play, but it is lacking comedy.

Luca's "Oh man! My pockets have been ripped clean off!" is my favorite NPC quote.

It's best to find a player who is willing to have a conversation. That's when you have both together 'interesting' and 'funny'.

(edit) These forums can be a secondary source of 'funny', too.

My first impression is that earning money / completing quests is rather difficult, but the game has some real potential to eat my time.
