I can't see any of the new NPCs, they're all invisible!
Example:

Does everyone have this or is this just me?

did you tried to delete .tmw folder in your home directory? perhaps backup your screenshoots.

Please remove/backup the zips in this folder: ~/.tmw/customdata .
