Create BBCode tags for mantis and wiki

I suggest to create two new BBCode tags for this forum, for ease when linking to the wiki and mantis.
Suggestestions:
• A wiki tag
• A mantis tag
• Perhaps also one or several svn tags (might quickly get complex though)
• And perhaps add the tags to the post interface
The two first ones would be the most desired, I think. And preferably work like the url tag, except that only the article name or the ticket number need to be given.
