i have banned for 5 minutes, but cannot log in again even if time pass for one hour.

Because i want to spend helloween event, this is hard.

Can i never come back?

The "banned for five minutes" message is buggy - it appears when you are banned for a limited amount of time which might be somewhere between 1 minute and 1 century. The next version will show the exact time you are banned.

Is it also related that I am playing in the country where the time difference
exists?
I am playing in japan.

No. Version prior to 0.0.26 always assume a 5 min ban.

Yes, a ban for chat spam lasts about a day, which is probably what this was. If you aren't back on by Friday, please tell us and we can look into it.

It appears so many times and It's annoying me too. Most of the time, you have to wait one day but sometimes it really only lasts for a few minutes.

You can be banned for the following reasons:

Flooding(the most annoying reason)- If you say the same thing in the same room over and over again. I once got banned for flooding because I clapped too much at a contest!

Abusing- You can only get banned for abusing if another player reports you and that won't be at the exact time you abuse someone. If you suddenly get banned for no reason it might be because you said something rude and someone reported you a few days ago.

Bots- It means you musn't be online at TMW but away from your computer. Sit or stand somwhere but not listen to other people saying things to you. This happens VERY often but I never seen anyone get reported for it.

Speak English- A very dumb rule that nobody respects. Don't have to worry about that one.

This is not entirely true. Sitting or standing in a place and not doing anything at all is not really botting, that's just being away from keyboard. But if you are doing something, for example killing monsters, that counts as botting if you're away from the keyboard and not responding to talk.

Whether you think it's dumb or not, you should respect it, because we have it for a reason. So far, no one has been banned for breaking this rule as far as I know, but if someone volunteers to be the first one by breaking it over and over again despite warnings, it's not impossible that such a person will be banned (temporarely, not permanently) for this.
