Well, not really a pet but, oh well.

Instructions and advices:

1- Choose a monster you like the most or think it's cute(better be a fast one).
2- Aim it and only hit it once.
3- move anywhere. Your new "pet" will be following you!
4- Watch out- if your pet reaches you it will attack you so move constantly.
5- Don't lose site of it or it will stop following you.
6- It stops following when you reach another area so be careful when you pick what pet you want.
7- You will have to walk slowly for it to follow you so try choosing a fast pet.
8- Give your new pet a funny nickname!
9- Show it off to friends!

Every time I walk past a fluffy I make it follow me and name it Snowball! ^^

You should choose your friends carefully, indeed; me and my best mate Jack O keep poking each other all the time. And I do not need be scared of him loosing track of me since he’s quite fast, actually too fast. The hundred meter sprints he do well on following me, but when it comes to the marathons, those crossing the border, well, he’s got no stamina, I say!

Wow! You met a Jack O! Can you tell me where to find one?

He is a bit shy, my friend the O, he certainly is. Not everyone accepts a ghost nowadays, like they used to, in Jack’s own time. Though the best place to find him is usually just around the corner; I turn around, and oy! there he stands—or floats, rather. Sometimes when my present company is lacking and I am in need of some quality pumpkin time, I call him high and low; bass, bariton and tenor. But whatever it is those ghosts do when they are not hanging around the mortal kin, I do not know, for he does not answer my call every single time. Or every second, third or fourth... for that matter.

Yes, but where do you find him? I never see a Jack O. I didn't see one of them at all in the game. Only on the monster list.

They only come when it is (almost) halloween.

...or when a gm is bored and wants to see some people dying.
