Hello Platyna I come through this center to you that my char has been deleted from my account by hackers need to help me back my screens last entry was in September at the end of the month. I had sent a private message to which you did not respond to exchange password so I was hacked with Your Help.

What Naru is trying to say is she lost her old char Naru which was level 85. She recreated it so if you look for Naru you will see she's level one (or two ? ). I asked on IRC what can we do. Rotonen explained me that you don't have tools to investigate what happened. Jax explained me that they deleted "unused char since 6 months" in september. Naru said me she lost her account end of september. She said too that she connected with Naru in these last 6 months with Naru. She said too she's playing since a really long time , during 4 years. Rotonen explained me the problem about how to trust user complaining about this kind of problem. But what can i say is that Naru is a nice player, i haven't any problems with her. I can't say if she was really level 85, but i'm sure she was a high level. Maybe you can find a trace of her old level. So i just ask you, as a player helper, to see if there's anything you can do for her to get her old level back.

PS: I don't think she has been hacked

I can confirm Naru was a level 85 and I know she has played in the last 6 months. I also know there has been much ado about her stats. Has her account been deleted because of that? Seems unfair to me unless there was proof they were hacked as a certain player seemed to claim. She is a good fair person I think her account should be recreated if possible.

Did this occur because of all the changing and growth our game has had as of late? Caught in the fallout of all that perhaps? All I can report is even with Naru's high level in the game she has stood hip to hip with me many many hours helping the newbies with me as a team. One of the many things we did was spider mine so the new ones could get their ores. I hope to see this resolved so she can return in the char she worked to hard to build.

I found a picture of when I was lvl 83 had caught 2 more Lvls after I hacked you help me much about it because I'm Brazilian and it is more difficult the communication only with translators.

i left the project. So you know. It is not in my powers anymore.

Indeed it is. I suggest you ask someone (a person, not Google or Altavista or whatever) who understands Portuguese well AND speaks English well to translate what you are trying to say.

I don't think if Bjorn will give anyone the access to server files, so if I will find your char in a backup I will restore it but I have to shut down the server to do it so you will have to wait.

I changed the level of Naru's new character to be slightliy below the old Naru's level.

Job level is 10 - not 9 as shown above.

She is still unhappy with it though. We'll have to hear her once more in company of a Person who will translate what she is saying into proper English.

Today, I had another interview with Naru. This time in accompanied by "solo" as a tranlator. Thank you again, solo!

Screenshots of the conversation show how it went. Unfortunately, the story was a bit too long, so the beginning was lost.

Naru told me, she thinks a now deleted player called "=-gui-=" has hacked her charakter. They had been good friends. But one day her anti virus programm warned her of a trojan. Shortly after that, her inventory was empty and she asked Platyna to change her password. She got no reply.
