I think i got hacked!
All my Items are away! all!!

Chocolate Cupcake! it takes me much time to get them all back....

What can i do now?
Can somebody help me? or is there an way to look who transfered my items???

i think i get nothing back......

but i can change my passwort, and i only need a new steel shiel, new fur boots, leather gloves, jeans, chaps, warlord helmet & plate, bone knife, forrest bow, golden stinger..... and much more.... (you hear the ironie/sakasmic in "only"?)

nop but its makeable.... im not really motivatet to play so much than bevore... but... nja...

The problem with giving someone items that have been "lost due to malicious hacking" is, I would guess, this: How can you prove that you were in fact hacked?

Or that you had the items in the first place.

i thought that that is an problem....

no i cant show you, i dont have ip logs or something, i only see my naked avatar wirth his empty inventory

Yes, a screenshot would be some kind of proof. But it's actually not enough. You could have transferred all your items to another account for example.

It's really sad that something like that cannot really be proven. There are too many loop holes.

However, a screen shot would be a good start.

now i have nothing than a warlord plate and helmet from my mule

now i have something to do again^^

so that is not so a big problem....

my problem is that i need a new password, and now i wate that playtna make this...

Thread moved to abuse forum (was posted in feedback / suggestions...).

Note that changing password is currently NOT supported. Even an administrator would have to take the server down to do this, so this generally just can't be done.

Edit: Jaxad0127 pointed out to me that it might be possible with ladmin while the server is running. We'll verify this and if so, we will do password changes on request.

So I checked, and it is indeed very easy to change someone's password using the ladmin tool. So freaQ, if you want a new password, just send me a PM.

Anyone else is free to request a new password via PM or email as well. What I'll need is your account name, your old password and whatever new password you'd like.
