[BAN] alis banned for spamming,insult and language

was banned for 2 days yesterday.
for:
spamming
talking French in public
insults (in French).
Unfortunately, I have no sreenshots. But the action took it's cause about as follows.
alis wanted to have some items. So he spammed about it around 6 or 7 times. I warned him, that he would automatically be banned if he wrote this too often.
He started talking French. I said he should please speak English in public.
So he started to insult me in French. Said things like: "I sh*t on you"(translated),"tageulle" and some other things.
I said: "One more insult and you'll be banned."
He insulted me once more, so I banned him.
