[BAN] Choco banned for (repeated) insults and language

banned for 3 days
for:
(repeatedly) not talking English in public
(repeated) insults
The following let me think it was alis again:
The player talked french, so I told him to please talk English in public.
He started insulting me at once:
Said something about my mother and "I f*ck you"
I told him to stop it, next time he'd get banned.
He did one last insult and I banned him.
The insults were mixed with French words. Further he got that angry at once, which led me to the conclusion it must be alis, who already had a reason to be angry with me.
