I'm new to this game (as well as linux, which is how I found the game to begin with. kind of limited in the mmo realm when it comes to linux.)

Anyhow, I have 2 present boxes, but can't seem to get them to open using any of the available commands. If someone could reveal the secret to this mystery, i would be forever grateful. Thanks in advance.

The present boxes have no use. You can sell them to an NPC for money.
