The one from crazy has been fixed in git. z0ro's it intentional. You are supposed to be able to walk there.

018-1 has several holes in the ground layer (no tile there at all), with a cliff tile above it on the fringe layer. This leaves 1-pixel-wide holes in the map.
The left side of the mouboo area has two of these, others are spread around the map.
